ALEGACY X is a trade name of Sky Reign LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
ALEGACY X provides financial education, experiences, and community. Personalized insurance and financial services are offered separately by licensed professionals.
02Licensing
ALEGACY X founders Che and Brea Davis are both licensed insurance professionals based in Washington State.
Insurance products are offered only in states where the professional is licensed. Want to verify a license? Just ask us for the professional’s license details, or look it up anytime, free, at nipr.com or through the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
03Insurance Products
Insurance products are offered only by appropriately licensed professionals and only in states where they are licensed. Products, features, and availability vary by state and by insurance company. Any guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Every recommendation follows a personalized review of your needs.
04Our Platform Partner
ALEGACY X is an independent business. Global Financial Impact serves as our FinTech platform partner, giving our licensed professionals access to a range of insurance carriers and financial vehicles when we help clients find the right fit for their Wealth System.
05Investment & Securities Services
ALEGACY X does not sell securities, manage investment accounts, or provide investment advisory services, and our team does not hold securities licenses. That is intentional: we teach how investing works so you can make informed decisions for yourself. We never take custody of your money or charge fees to manage it.

08Partner Opportunities
Becoming an Impact Partner or Wealth Architect is a business opportunity, not employment or a guarantee of income. ALEGACY X makes no earnings claims. Results depend on individual effort, licensing, and market conditions. Joining through Global Financial Impact involves startup costs of about $500–$700, depending on your state (including a one-time $199 platform fee paid to Global Financial Impact under its Independent Contractor Agreement, plus state licensing costs), and ongoing professional costs once active, such as platform access, E&O insurance, and payment processing.
