Whether you are exploring the Wealth System, registering for a Wealth System Experience, booking a Legacy Roadmap Session, joining Legacy Leaps, applying to become an Impact Partner, or simply learning from our resources, we handle your personal information with care, transparency, and respect.
Just as we teach families to intentionally protect what matters most, we hold ourselves to the same standard with the information entrusted to us. This policy is written in clear language, because understanding how your information is handled should be as accessible as understanding how your wealth works.

01Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to share with us, plus limited technical information collected automatically when you use our website. What we collect depends on how you interact with us.
When you request information, register for an event, book a Legacy Roadmap Session, take the Wealth Scorecard, apply to become an Impact Partner, request to host an experience, subscribe to updates, or contact our team, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Mailing address, when needed
- Organization or employer, and group details for hosted experiences
- Event registrations, appointment requests, and community memberships
- Wealth Scorecard and survey responses
- Anything you voluntarily share about your goals or interests
We also collect limited technical information that helps us improve the website:
- Device and browser type
- IP address and general geographic location
- Pages visited, time on site, and how you arrived
- Usage information collected through cookies and website analytics
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the experiences, communications, and services you request.
02How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests.
- Schedule Legacy Roadmap Sessions and educational experiences.
- Register you for events, workshops, webinars, and community activities.
- Send updates about programs or services you requested.
- Deliver newsletters and educational resources, if you choose to receive them.
- Improve our website, educational materials, and visitor experience.
- Develop new educational programs and community initiatives.
- Connect you with appropriately licensed professionals when you request personalized guidance.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that significantly affect you without meaningful human involvement. Our goal is simple: to use your information only in ways that support the relationship you chose to start with ALEGACY X.
03Sharing Your Information
ALEGACY X does not sell your personal information. We share limited information only when it is needed to deliver what you asked for, with:
- Website, forms, and contacts: Squarespace hosts our website, forms, contact records, and website analytics.
- Scheduling: Calendly manages appointment booking.
- Future tools: as we launch email newsletters, an online community, text messaging, or online payments, information needed for those services will be shared with the providers that run them. We will update this policy when they go live.
- Licensed professionals: when you request personalized guidance or apply to become an Impact Partner, we may share what is reasonably necessary with appropriately licensed professionals and our platform partner, Global Financial Impact, to serve that request.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of ALEGACY X, our visitors, or others.
04Text Messages
ALEGACY X does not currently send text messages. If we offer text messaging in the future, it will work like this:
- We will only text you if you opt in. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- Your mobile number and text-messaging consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
05Cookies & Website Analytics
Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technologies so features work properly, preferences are remembered, and we can see which resources are most helpful. Squarespace provides our website analytics, and our scheduling tool may set its own cookies when you book.
This information is generally reviewed in aggregate and may include pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, referral sources, and general location.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or run targeted ads. If that changes, we will update this policy and explain how to opt out.
As we grow, we may use analytics, customer relationship tools, and artificial intelligence to better understand how visitors engage with our content, always in ways that respect your privacy choices. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; turning some off may affect how parts of the site work.
06Your Privacy Choices
Your personal information belongs to you. Depending on the services you use, you may:
- Subscribe to or unsubscribe from newsletters.
- Opt in to or out of text messages.
- Update or correct your contact information.
- Request a copy of the personal information you have shared with us.
- Request deletion of your personal information, where permitted by law.
- Ask how your information is used.
To make a request, email legacyteam@alegacyx.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
07How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the experiences and services you requested, maintain accurate records, and meet legal or business obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
08Protecting Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and we work with established technology providers that maintain industry-standard security.
No website or electronic transmission can guarantee absolute security. Please take reasonable care when sharing information online, and contact us right away at legacyteam@alegacyx.com if you believe your information has been compromised in connection with ALEGACY X.
09Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact legacyteam@alegacyx.com and we will delete it.
10International Visitors
Our educational resources are open to visitors around the world, and privacy rights vary by country, state, and region. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where ALEGACY X and our service providers operate. Personalized or regulated professional services are provided separately by appropriately licensed professionals, in line with applicable laws.
11Changes to This Policy
As our experiences and technology evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
