These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the ALEGACY X website and digital ecosystem, including all pages, content, forms, the Wealth Scorecard, educational resources, event registrations, online communities, and scheduling tools.
By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you use this website on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and your continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
02Who We Are
ALEGACY X is a trade name of Sky Reign LLC, a Washington limited liability company. References to “ALEGACY X,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Sky Reign LLC.
ALEGACY X is an education-first company that helps individuals, families, business owners, and communities understand how to create, protect, and transfer wealth through intentional planning. Our mission is to help close the economic wealth gap through clear education, practical experiences, and personalized guidance from licensed professionals when appropriate.

Depending on what is available when you visit, you may use this website to:

Submitting a form, registering for an event, or booking a session is a request for communication from ALEGACY X. Unless stated otherwise, it does not create a client relationship, establish financial services, or guarantee eligibility for any product or service.
04Educational Purpose, Not Advice
Everything on this website, including articles, videos, workshops, the Wealth Scorecard, and other tools, is for general educational purposes only. It is not personalized financial, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Every family is different. Decisions about financial products, insurance, investments, estate planning, or taxes should be made only after consulting appropriately licensed professionals who understand your situation. When appropriate, ALEGACY X may introduce you to licensed professionals. Those services are separate from this website and may involve additional agreements and disclosures. 05Wealth Scorecard & Tools
The Wealth Scorecard and other interactive tools provide general, educational results based only on the answers you give. Your score and any “Wealth Gap” it identifies are a starting point for a conversation, not a recommendation, and they do not consider your full financial picture.
06Impact Stories & Testimonials
The stories on our website are shared by real attendees and partners about their own experiences, with their permission. Individual experiences vary and are not a guarantee of future results. No one featured was paid for their story.
07Events & Experiences
Our events and Wealth System Experiences are currently free. Registering reserves your spot but does not guarantee availability, and we may change, reschedule, or cancel events when needed. We will do our best to let registered guests know in advance.
Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you agree that ALEGACY X may use photos or video from the event in which you appear. We will ask for your separate written permission before featuring your personal story. If you prefer not to be photographed, let our team know at check-in.
We ask every guest to treat others with respect. We may ask anyone who disrupts an event or makes others feel unsafe to leave.
08Impact Partner & Wealth Architect Opportunities
Information about becoming an Impact Partner or Wealth Architect describes a business opportunity, not a job or a promise of income.
- No income guarantee. Any earnings depend on your own effort, skill, licensing, and market conditions. ALEGACY X makes no earnings claims.
- Licensing required. Offering insurance or financial products requires the appropriate state licenses, which you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining.
- Independent relationship. Partners operate independently and are not employees of ALEGACY X.
- Platform fee. Joining through Global Financial Impact, our FinTech platform partner, involves startup costs of about $500–$700, depending on your state (including a one-time $199 platform fee paid to Global Financial Impact and state licensing costs), and ongoing professional costs once active, governed by Global Financial Impact’s Independent Contractor Agreement, not by these Terms.
09Using Our Website
Please use this website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with others. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Damage, disable, or disrupt the website.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law.
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any person or organization.
We may restrict or end access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if use of the website puts ALEGACY X, our visitors, or our partners at risk.
10Scheduling, Requests & Communications
We work to respond promptly, but submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, acceptance into a program, eligibility for a service, or a specific team member.
When you share your contact information, you agree to receive communications about your request by email or phone. If we offer text messaging in the future, we will only text you if you opt in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. You may still receive messages needed to respond to a request you made or about an event or appointment you booked.
11Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, illustrations, designs, downloadable resources, and the overall look and feel, is owned by Sky Reign LLC or used with permission.
This includes the names, concepts, educational frameworks, and proprietary materials developed by ALEGACY X, including the Wealth System, Wealth System Experience, Wealth Scorecard, Wealth Playbook, Legacy Roadmap, Legacy Leaps, Legacy Blueprint, Above & Beyond, Legacy Celebration, Legacy Innovation, Impact Partner, Wealth Architect, Wealth Wear, and other programs and branded experiences. Some may be protected by trademark, copyright, pending registrations, or common law rights.
We encourage you to learn from and share our mission, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except as allowed by law. To reference, license, or collaborate on ALEGACY X content, contact legacyteam@alegacyx.com.
12Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or work with third-party services, such as scheduling tools, online communities, video platforms, social media, and payment processors. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. ALEGACY X does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Linking to a resource is not an endorsement of everything it offers, so please review a provider’s policies before sharing information with it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALEGACY X and Sky Reign LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its educational content. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

As ALEGACY X grows, our website, resources, communities, and services will evolve, and we may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Let’s talk first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legacyteam@alegacyx.com with a description of the issue and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
